Bunny Hopping

Bunny hopping (jumping to get to a place faster) IS NOT ALLOWED in ALL RP Servers. If you see someone doing it screenshot them and report them to an admin or the fourms.

Reason for OOC Chats

You can use OOC chats for these reasons :

You may have done a roleplay spelling mistake. For example, IC i said Noo! Bak off!
I would then do /b Back**
That would mean, sorry, I meant to say Back rather than Bak.

Or you meet a friend you know from another server. You may say a few lines to him, but not abuse it much.

You could tell someone to get a gun license from the city hall, but then put brackets saying ((**-RP Fourms)). That means in character you go to city hall, but in real life you actually just go to that server's fourms, and its section for applying for a gun license.

The proper usage of advertisements

/advert Selling a new 1992 Delorean DMC 12 ((Blista Compact)) for 30 grand.

That is an example of a proper advertisement.

- /advert Selling mats!!!

That is not a good example, due to it not having any contact information, any pricing or nothing.

When selling the vehicles, you want to put in a year.

The brackets mean OOC, aka Out of Character. Read my post on that here.

Character Killing

A roleplayed scenario wherein the victim(s) have an OOC agreement with other involved parties to not use their killed character ever again.

IC AND OOC

IC means IN CHARACTER. OOC Means OUT OF CHARACTER.

Car Surfing

ON ANY ROLEPLAY SERVER, CAR SURFING (Jumping ontop of a vehicle) IS NOT ALLOWED DUE TO IT NOT BEING IN CHARACTER.

Credits to go me.

Ninja Jacking

Ninja jacking is jacking a car without roleplay.

For instance, someone is driving and you run up and press enter without no /me's. You would have to roleplay jacking the person out of the car else it is referred to Ninja Jacking.

Powergaming and Metagaming

As I roleplay on roleplaying servers.. I see a lot of people LOOKING at other peoples names and saying them. One... for example, my name is Somefattroll, someone's name in real life would NOT, I repeat NOT be Somefattroll. It would be something like Jon or Jeffrey. Metagaming is mixing OOC and IC. Or IC and OOC. Before I tell you about metagaming, OOC is Out of Character. Out of Character is just when you want to have plain fun, grind on NPC's and all that good stuff. IC (in character) is when you are In Character... now that's when you start roleplaying. So metagaming, metagaming - Mixing OOC and IC or IC and OOC. OOC and IC.. let's start with that, so if my name was Christian, I would tell the player so they wouldn't say my ACTUAL name. But they have to ask me my RP name first because I told them OOCly. Not ICly. So if I tell them OOCly and they call me "Christian" that would be metagaming, they would have to find out by asking me or so. On to powergaming!

Powergaming is forcing actions against another player. As so if in real life you would not instantly kill someone.. take their money and walk away /grammarfail. Here is an example of powergame. /me slices you in half, obviously you can not instantly slice someone in half. If they have a weapon they could parry it, if they have HEAVY armor they wouldn't be sliced in half, probably just cut or so.
